Crawl Space Mitigation
Crawl space radon mitigation starts with properly sealing the ground using a durable vapor barrier. This helps control soil gases and moisture before they enter the home.
The vapor barrier is laid across the crawl space floor, sealed at the seams, and attached around the foundation walls, piers, and pipe penetrations. Once sealed, the mitigation system can draw radon from beneath the barrier and vent it safely outside.
This process not only helps reduce radon levels, but also creates a cleaner, drier, and healthier crawl space. A properly installed vapor barrier makes a big difference in both protection and appearance.

New Residential Installation
Installing a radon mitigation system during the construction of a new home is the cleanest and best-looking way to do it. By planning ahead, the radon piping can be installed inside the walls before drywall goes up, keeping the system hidden and out of sight.
This gives the home a much cleaner finished look while still providing proper radon protection. Instead of exposed pipe running through finished rooms or along the outside of the home, the system is built into the structure from the start.
A little planning during construction makes a big difference in appearance, efficiency, and long-term value. New construction is the perfect time to install radon mitigation the right way.
